The Role

We’re looking for a consultant who combines strong experimentation expertise with solid product leadership.

As a Product Manager you will:

Step into and lead product and/or growth initiatives at client organizations, from discovery to iterating on variations.
Translate business goals and user needs into sharp problem definitions, hypotheses, and prioritized backlogs
Design and drive structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, validation loops, insight generation)
Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics tied to real business impact
Internally at Conversionista, be part of developing and shaping the PM/PO offering further

You’ll work from our offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg and at client sites. This is not a remote role.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

3+ years in a product role with end-to-end ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery, iteration)
Strong hands-on experience in experimentation and A/B testing – from hypothesis and test design to analysis and implementation
Experience building or contributing to structured experimentation or growth programs
A data-informed mindset, combining analytics, behavioral data, and user research
Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments
Strong technical understanding and confidence working closely with developers and data teams
Experience using AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, or product development
Professional English proficiency
EU/EEA citizenship or a valid EU work visa

Experience from consulting or fast-moving product environments is a plus.
